Keisha Frowner is an Author, Coach, and founder of the JUST START movement where she goes out into the communities and share her journaling experiences. Keisha was raised in Oakland, Ca where she had to navigate through the tough streets in her neighborhood where she seen a lot of drug and gang activity. Being active in the local church and playing basketball helped Keisha stay focused growing up. Keisha graduated from Fremont High school in Oakland and received her A.A degree from Diablo Valley Community college. Keisha learned the importance of having a good work ethic and is on a mission to help others to start where they are with the resources they may already have in pursuing their dreams.
